If you’re seeking a position as a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), we’re excited to share this opportunity with new Master’s Level Graduates like you.
What you’ll do:
• Provide outpatient mental health/therapy services to a diverse population (children, teens, adults, and families).
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner (We keep paperwork as streamlined as possible.)
• Work closely with a team of experienced private practice therapists
• Meet regularly with your in-house supervisor (What better way to kick off your career than learning from a veteran private-practice therapist?)
• Have a consistently full-as-you-desire caseload with regular referrals provided by our Center. (We do all of the marketing for you! You’ll never have to worry where your next client will come from.)
What we offer:
• All employment taxes processed—you’ll be a W2 employee, not a 1099 contractor
• Worker’s Comp & State Unemployment insurance provided
• Twice monthly direct deposits to your bank account
• Fully furnished office spaces (including toys and art supplies for child therapy)
• We do all of the insurance credentialing for you
• We have an experienced administrative team that does all of the insurance billing, schedules intake appointments, provides daily reminder calls to your clients to decrease missed appointments, and offers support to coordinate contact with collateral parties and clients.
Who you are:
• You have a Master’s degree in counseling
• You have passed (or are planning to take) the NCE
• You are excited about providing great clinical care to clients
• You have excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening) and love building relationships with your clients
• You enjoy working with a cohesive and supportive team
• You are self-motivated and can manage your time efficiently
