Holly Lee MA, CIT
Counselor
Holly Lee is a counselor under the supervision of Derek Stricklin. Holly works with children and teens struggling with life transitions, anxiety, and depression. Holly believes that working with children is an opportunity to connect with current childhood issues and become more familiar with parenting obstacles.
In thinking about the counseling experience, Holly says, “Offering clients the opportunity to speak, without judgement, very often leads the client to recognize causes and remedies for their issues.” Holly believes that each client is the expert in his or her own life, and structures her counseling sessions so that her clients can explore their various life experiences and emotions.
Holly understands that childhood and adolescence is a time of change. She says, “We go through different experiences and emotions during a lifetime. So many emotions are natural responses, depending on our age.” With this understanding of change in mind, Holly likes to give her clients an opportunity to relate different experiences with similar responses.
Holly has afternoon and evening availability in our Arnold office.
