Tiffany is a counselor under the supervision of Sara Schuessler. Tiffany enjoys working with all age groups but specializes in young adults. She has spent over a decade as a Family and Consumer Science educator, working with young adults and adolescents. Tiffany has additional experience working with adolescents developing plans for prioritizing, organizing, and accomplishing goals. She also enjoys working with individuals for family counseling through building and restoring relationships, communication skills, and conflict resolution. Tiffany possessed the ability to forge positive, sustainable relationships with her clients.
 
Tiffany utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered and Solution-Focused Therapy.
 
As a counselor, Tiffany believes every individual is unique with a specific set of needs. She has a diverse level of knowledge in helping her clients meet those needs. She uses a variety of support services and learning opportunities to assist her clients in discovering themselves, what they want for now and for their future, and helping her clients create a path to achieve those goals. Through engaging sessions, clients will have the opportunity to plan and implement goals for their own journey, promote emotional, social and physical health, and partner with families to help implement and guide her clients on their journey.

Bachelors in Family and Consumer Sciences from Southeast Missouri State University
Missouri Teaching Certification Family and Consumer Sciences (Birth-12)
Licensed Professional Cosmetologist from National Academy of Beauty Arts-St. Louis
