Linda Vogelsang MA, LPC, NCC
Linda is a child and teen counselor, specializing in anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and eating disorders. She also works with teens struggling with sexual identity issues. Linda understands that the experiences and challenges that children and teens face can have a deep impact on their future lives. She believes that counseling can help children and teens by giving them the skills needed to face their current challenges. Her hope is that these skills then carry on with her clients so that they can successfully navigate future experiences and challenges.
Linda uses a combination of therapeutic approaches in her sessions. Typically she uses Client-Centered and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in her sessions. However, she will adjust her approach to use whatever approach best fits her clients’ needs.
Linda has afternoon and evening availability in our Cape Girardeau office.
