Charlotte Collins MSW, LCSW
Charlotte is a counselor, specializing in working with older children who are experiencing problems with anger management, depression, and anxiety. Through empathy and positive support, and by using the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) structure, Charlotte helps her clients look at their experiences in new ways. By helping them choose tools and ways to measure their progress, Charlotte helps her clients meet their mental health goals.
Charlotte uses a combination of Rogerian and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to help provide a warm and supportive atmosphere for her clients as they work together. Her goal is to help those who are suffering or who want to enhance their quality of life. She does this by listening with empathy and concern, helping her clients set goals he/she chooses, and helping them discover new ways of thinking that will lead to better results in their life.
